We used this service for duct cleaning on our residence (2 apartments) a few months ago right before winter when we knew the heat would push dust out. Robin, the owner, was so pleasant and genuinely concerned about the air quality in my home where my toddler and I both have allergies. The technicians who came were professional and courteous, and also very efficient. They worked quickly, yet kept me posted on what they were doing the entire time. They also kept the areas that they were working in very clean and stayed out of everyone's way despite all of their equipment. This was the first time we'd ever done duct work on this house, and I'm sure it was probably never done before - The stuff that had come out of the ducts were terrible. I can't believe we've been inhaling that stuff for so long. I've noticed a difference in the quality of air after getting this done since the heat came on. The smell of their product is pleasant and lingers for a few days, which was nice.
Overall, I am pleased with this service. For the quality, it was definitely worth the price - which was also reasonable.
The Customer Service and contact I received was amazing. Robin was awesome, I cannot say enough great things about her. She was very attentive, caring, detailed, and just over all great. The guys that came to clean were so nice, very informative, and answered every question I had.
BTW, I had my vents and everything cleaned at the beginning of the summer, so my review is a little late, but I wanted to make sure I wrote this up. The only reason the stars are a 4 and not a 5 was... after doing more research, after the fact, I see that I probably paid too much. this was the first time I had my vents cleaned, so I wasn't sure of how much it would actually be. It was high, but the quality of service was right up there, obviously if I could save a little more and have the same service it would have been ideal, but its not always the case.
I put out feelers to a bunch of friends on what to do because my dryer was taking too long to dry. The last thing I wanted to do was have to buy a new dryer. A few of them recommended I get my dryer vent cleaned because it was probably clogged. One of my friend's recommended I call Royal Vent Cleaning, she used them and thought they were great. I love a good recommendation, who doesn't, right?
A technician came, assessed the problem, cleaned the vent out, and even replaced a section which he said was ``out of code.``
So now it's my turn, I would recommend Royal Vent Cleaning 100%. Robin was very easy to communicate with and the team was neat and did the job quicker than I expected. I've already scheduled them to come back next week to clean the air ducts before we use our central air.

Very professional, prompt, and friendly service. No haggling about the price, which was more than fair and generous. Final result of their work was a job well done, on time, and finished within a timely fashion, and was done by two young gentlemen who worked hard and were beyond courteous and polite. And finally, and perhaps most importantly, the woman Robin who i spoke to to set up the appointment gave a truly honest assessment of what we needed and did not try to get us for any more than what we needed, which is a comforting thing when dealing with any business. Great job, professional local business, and i would have no issue whatsoever recommending Royal to anyone else i know.
Owner responded within 1 hr of my online request via this website. She quoted me an accurate price over the phone. I was able to get next day service on a Sunday.Which was terrific!! Service men were professional, neat and and honest. Other companies had lower advertised prices- but would not give estimates over the phone- and upon research the other companies had very poor reviews and on site add-one to price. I may have paid a bit more- but had my vent cleaned less that 24hrs later and was more than satisfied with their work. Will definitely call them again.
They are more expensive than other companies. But with it, you'll have a piece of mind that the job will get done professionally and then some. Excellent and friendly customer service. Worth every pennies. Will definitely hire again.
